Terms and Conditions
Payment is due in full at the time of booking either by sending a euro cheque or bankers drafts with the booking form or by indicating payment via PAYPAL on the form. If participants chose to pay via PAYPAL this incurs a 4.5% surcharge as this is the supplement charged by them. On receipt of the booking form PAYPAL will send you an e-mail payment request and notify us when this is paid. Please ensure the e-mail address is current on the booking form for this process.Please note Price is non-refundable once materials have been sent out to prospective student
Once payment has been received by participants chosen method we will post out your participant materials and instructions.
Student manuals are sent in the form of a PDF document on a disk to be printed off and read prior to course commencement.
The manual consists of approx pages 85 pages. If you are unable to print your manual arrangements can be made to supply you with a paper version but at an additional cost.
It is recommended you allow enough time for these to reach you via post at least one week prior to the course to allow you time to complete a little home study. Please ensure you include a current e-mail address and phone number.
If for any reason we have to cancel your days course, all monies paid will be refunded in full for the day or days cancelled or if possible we will try to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.
The start time for each course is 09:00 and we recommend arriving ten minutes before for a prompt start. The finish time is approximately 17:30 but please allow time after this in case we run over a little.
Canine First Responder Course participants must be 16 years or over or be accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 16 years.
